Anyone can get a painless tattoo!! With the recent influx of tattoo apparel sweeping retail department stores it’s become second nature to sport a colorful, bold print on your body without having to sit through affliction. Designer Christian Audigier (Von Dutch, Don Ed Hardy) helped pave the way for body art apparel to become mainstream in our society. Tattoo wear, as a trend, is on a rampage with no end in sight. Designers Jean Paul Gaultier and Chanel, to name a few, have begun the faux tattoo look at their fashion shows within the past year. Major designers are helping to make it ever popular to walk into Macy’s, choose your tattoo design, purchase it for the small price of $49.99, and adorn it without a tattoo needle ever touching your skin. This may be okay for some, but for others, it’s a great feeling to take off your clothes and still rock a beautiful tattoo that won’t fit in the washing machine.
