Looks like a lot of celebs are making a vow and trend hard to erase.
Young love indeed…Bristol, Sarah Palin’s daughter (now 18 years old) still has the traditional style diamond ring set on her ring finger, while her fiance showed off a tattoo on his ring finger the word “Bristol” written in script. The first sighting of Levi Johnson’s “revealed” commitment was at the Republican National Convention in Minneapolis last year.
Even now people still wonder why Jay-Z a.k.a Sean Carter, and songstress Beyonce Knowles, kept their romance on the hush-hush for so long?! They were tight-lipped in seemingly every interview when asked about their romance. Denial, denial, denial. But nowadays, the very much Crazy-In-Love Beyonce shows off the love for her man. The Roman numeral “IV” tattooed on her ring finger, representing the day and month her and hubby Jay-Z tied the knot.
I think all would agree which couple paved the way for our “Angelina and Billy Bob” years. Who can forget the wild and crazed antics of Tommy Lee and Pam Anderson when they were an item. They too also liked the idea of ring-around-finger tattoo wedding bands. As we all remember, it didn’t stop there. Many drinks, bad paparazzi pics, and a sex tape later, our memories of these two can be remembered..all over the worldwide web.
Actor David Duchovny and his wife, actress Tea Leoni, have had their ups an downs as well. After David went to rehab for his alleged “sex addiction”, maybe they found that ring finger tattoos would be an expression of their “renewed” love and commitment. Tasteful? Or just plain spontaneous? Either way, this would be a better choice compromise on David’s part.
Howard Stern and Beth Ostrosky are also a celeb couple who decided to put ink their love to the flesh. Howard’s tattoo of an Old English script letter “B” is proudly displayed on his left ring finger. Beth also got a tattoo, hers is of the letter “H” on the underside of her wrist. Apparently their tattoo artist was flown especially for the application. And evidently this was to be Beth’s first tattoo ever!
